Flax Versus Fish Oil

When it comes to your health, you want to assure that you are taking all of the necessary precautions. You want to make sure that you are taking the right supplements, at the right times. Yet, with so many options out there, it can be hard to know if you are doing yourself any good in the long run, or just flushing your money down the drain. After all, dietary health supplements can be expensive. Even when you are sure about a supplement, how do you know where to get it from? Both flax seed and fish oil are excellent sources of omega 3 fatty acids: nature’s super health supplement. What is the difference?Flax seed generally refers to the seeds from the fruit of the Linseed plant, an annual from the Linaceae family.
